I work with individual adults who are over 18 and sessions are 50 minutes either in person or via telephone or online.  I don't work with couples and families or children in my private practice.

In person sessions are from a dedicated, private counselling room in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. There is a pay and display car park just a few minutes walk away and free parking nearby. The room is within easy reach of Hook, Odiham, Church Crookham, Fleet and Yateley and only 20 minutes from Basingstoke, Camberley and Farnborough.

In the initial session, we can talk about the issues you are concerned with and you can get a feel for how I work.  We'll discuss some practical details and I'll explain how working with me might look and feel.  Then together we can consider how best to proceed.  You are free to decide if you'd like to arrange another session - there is no pressure to return.  I can also direct you to more appropriate help if we decide I am not the right therapist for you.

Throughout our work together, I'll check in with you regularly to consider how you are experiencing therapy in line with any goals for counselling you may have.

All sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. 

I accept payment in advance of each session via bank transfer and ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a therapy session.
